Got it in my last loot crate. It holds a lot of coffee.

I like your French press, one of my favorite way to brew. Ever had a pour over?

We have a regular auto drip for when the gf’s mom visits because she thinks the press is too much work but we almost never use anything other than the press.

I haven't. Don't have the patience. Several local coffee shops do them though. They're very popular

As a newish barista, I can say without a doubt that they’re a pain in the ass to do. Very flavorful though, only thing better is Chemex which I have yet to try personally.

Is Chemex a vacuum brewer?

Not sure about the vacuum part. From what I understand it's like a pour over but comes out a bit different. Still learning all this coffee stuff.

I know a couple people with those but I haven't tried them myself either.

One of my coworkers is a state tested master Barista and she swears by it.

They’re a pain in the ass in a shop when you have to step away from the bar with a line of drinks waiting for you. As your own personal cup, they take a little extra time but it’s not that big of a deal.

Interesting. I'd like to see blind taste testing results for the different ways you can brew. Some people swear by whatever is the hardest/most energy intensive but they're usually hipsters.

I would as well. Thankfully we don't have one in our shop. She generally just sips drip/brew coffee all day because of how time intensive the other stuff is.
